The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) 2023 Convention held in Imo State on July 15th and 16th has concluded with the election of Comrade Ikechukwu Emmanuel Obi as the new Deputy Coordinator of NANS Zone F South East.


Comr. Ikechukwu, who previously served as the NANS Chairman of Enugu State and the NANS Secretary of Enugu State, has been greeted with resounding joy and celebration from the Enugu student community. His victory at the 2023 NANS Zonal Convention held in Imo State on Sunday has been met with great enthusiasm.


Notably, Comr. Emmanuel hails from Enugu State and has now risen to the position of Deputy Coordinator, while Comr. Nwigwe Favour emerged as the Coordinator of NANS Zone F South East. This zone comprises Anambra State, Imo State, Ebonyi State, Enugu State, and Abia State, encompassing a significant number of students under the purview of NANS.
