"Women, children, and vulnerable members of society are the government's priority," said Hon. Enih, underscoring their well-being. She encouraged those facing stigma to voice their concerns and assured them of the Ministry's willingness to address complaints.

Addressing the need for greater female representation in leadership, Hon. Valentina Enih called on governments to prioritize women's participation in decision-making roles. Eligible women from selected Local Government Areas were encouraged to register for the program.

A highlight of the event was a women's empowerment segment led by the First Lady of Nkanu East Local Government, Hon. Mrs. Rita Edeh. The initiative included the distribution of essential resources, such as commercial grinding machines, to empower women to establish small-scale businesses.
