GRATITUDE: Beneficiaries of Ikechukwu Ezeugwu Foundation Share Touching Stories at the 11th Series Cheque Presentation for 2023-2024 Academic Session


In a remarkable celebration of commitment to education and poverty alleviation, the Ikechukwu Ezeugwu Foundation marked its 11th year event by presenting cheques to beneficiaries for the upcoming 2023/2024 academic session. The ceremony, held at the Foundation's headquarters in Enugu, Nigeria, witnessed 20 bright minds from various institutions and states receiving financial support to pursue their educational dreams.

Expressing gratitude, Mr. Emmanuel Eze, a 5th-year student of Radiography at UNN, shared his transformative journey, acknowledging Hon. Ikechukwu Ezeugwu PhD for uplifting him and others. Desmond Mamah, another beneficiary, emphasized the profound impact of the scholarship, praying for the Foundation's continuous growth.

Representing her daughter, Uche Ohabuenyi, a final year medical student, Mrs. Stella Odoh thanked the Foundation for preventing her family from despair, urging graduates to support the scholarship scheme post-employment.

Prof. Malachy Okwueze, a distinguished member of the Board of Trustees, praised Hon. Ezeugwu's commitment to education, encouraging others to follow his lead. Rev. Fr. Aneke commended Ezeugwu for imparting generosity lessons and advised beneficiaries to seize the educational support.

Hon. Ikechukwu Ezeugwu, the foundation's founder, emphasized self-belief in academic success, drawing from his own journey. He encouraged beneficiaries to make the most of the opportunity, symbolizing ongoing dedication with the distribution of tuition fees for the new academic year.

While some beneficiaries were represented by parents at the Foundation's office, the Ikechukwu Ezeugwu Foundation continues to be a beacon of hope, empowering dreams, and reshaping the educational landscape for a better society.
