BREAKING: EFCC Commences Auctioning of Forfeited Vehicles Nationwide




The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has launched an e-Auction for vehicles that have been subject to final forfeiture orders, as part of its ongoing commitment to combating corruption in Nigeria. The public notice, issued on Monday morning, outlines the vehicles available for bidding.

In line with the EFCC (Establishment) Act, 2004, the Public Procurement Act, 2007, and the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery & Management) Act, 2022, this auction will be managed by appointed auctioneers, ensuring transparency and compliance with legal frameworks.

Interested individuals can refer to the images attached to the notice for specific details on the vehicles up for auction. This move further demonstrates the EFCC’s commitment to fostering transparency and accountability in Nigeria’s fight against corruption.

The EFCC emphasized that it will continue to take decisive actions to recover illicit assets and promote good governance across the country.
