Governor Sacks Two Female Appointees

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has dismissed two of his female media aides. The affected aides include Ewatomilola Emiola, Senior Special Assistant on Research & Documentation, and Kikelomo Isijola, Special Assistant on Digital Media.

The news was confirmed in a statement issued by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, on Tuesday. The statement explained that the Governor approved the reorganization of the Government House Media team and, as a result, the two aides have been relieved of their duties with immediate effect.

Both Emiola and Isijola have been instructed to hand over all government properties in their possession to the office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor. The Governor, however, thanked the former aides for their service and wished them well in their future endeavors.
