Ugwuanyi's Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme Saves Lives, Five New Beneficiaries Receive Vital Surgical Interventions


 In a commendable demonstration of commitment to accessible healthcare, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme has once again proven its effectiveness by saving the lives of five individuals with diverse surgical needs.

Among the beneficiaries is a 3-year-old child from Kogi State, who underwent a successful surgery to address a complicated Bilateral Hydrocoele of the Cord. Other recipients include Baba Happiness from Kogi State, who received a Lumpectomy for a complex breast lump, and Ezema Osita from Alor Ulo, who had a Lumpectomy to correct a Giant Lipoma at the back of the neck.

The recent beneficiaries include Baba Happiness from Kogi State, who underwent a Lumpectomy to address a complex breast lump. Another recipient, Ezema Osita from Alor Ulo, had a Lumpectomy to correct a Giant Lipoma at the back of the neck. Okoro Fidelia from Akpugo-Ezedike benefited from a Lumpectomy to address a Left Breast Lump.

Ajogwu Chinagorum from Uvuru had a Lipoma on the neck, rectified through Lumpectomy. The fifth beneficiary, Ejiofor Soromutochukwu from Edem in Nsukka, underwent surgical procedures to correct Bilateral Hydrocoele of the Cord.

Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's philanthropic efforts align seamlessly with his dedication to supporting the good governance of the current administration led by His Excellency, Gov. Peter Mbah, and Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Barr Ifeanyi Ossai, also for the love the former Governor has for the people of Enugu State.

In an interview with FountainCare Reporters, Dr. George Ajogwu, the Director General of the Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme, emphasized Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's unwavering support, while praising the former Governor's consistent commitment, extending beyond financial contributions to include crucial donations of medical and surgery equipment to enhance the performance of the free healthcare intervention.

"The Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme stands as a testament to Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's compassion for humanity, consistently bringing hope and relief to the citizens of Enugu State," remarked Dr. Ajogwu.

In a recent development, the management and medical team of the Gburugburu Free Surgery Programme saved an Enugu man residing in the Northern Part of Nigeria, Kano state, along with two others who sought succor just two days ago.
