BREAKING: Popular Nollywood Actor Hospitalized After Suffering From Stroke


A famous Nollywood actor has been hospitalized after suffering a stroke.

The development was made known by actor Stanley Ontop in a post on his Instagram page.

According to Stanley Ontop, John Amaefule was hospitalized at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Owerri, the Imo State capital.

The actor, who is suffering from a stroke on the left side of his brain, has solicited financial help from the public.

Stanley wrote:
“Nollywood veteran actor John Amaefule was rushed to the hospital this morning in Owerri after encountering a stroke.

“His family is asking Nigerians to please help. He’s currently in FMC Owerri, and they need money to save this man. He had a stroke on the left side of his brain, which is likely causing right-sided weakness. They need to do a Lipid panel test, Hemoglobin A1c test, Electrolyte Urea, and Creatinine test for him.”

In a chilling incident that occurred on Wednesday, September 19, 2024, a woman's life was saved after her desperate cries for help exposed an alleged ritual attempt in an Abuja hotel.
