The aircraft, registered as 5N-MBD, had taken off from Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos and arrived in Kano at 10:57 p.m. According to sources, the incident occurred when the plane lost its nose landing gear tyre upon landing, leading to the emergency situation. Despite the rough landing, all passengers were safely evacuated without any reported injuries.
